Why am i still so bothered by small little even though knowing that the facts is already there?

It is just like self torturing , cant letting stuff goes , cant have the courage to face the fact , always thinking that there would be a change .. but still lose to a single word *fate*.Getting bothered by thousand of stuffs ,  lost motivation for thousand of stuff ..Worked for it , Tried for it , Drained by it .. I am really tired ): ..i hate feeling this way i wish i could put down those feelings but i cant..i dont wanna feel this way anymore..its tough..its making me hard to breathe :/ its like i don't wanna give up but at the same time i don't wanna feel this way anymore sigh >.<
